Wonderful family stay

I appreciated the spacious room. The double bed was REALLY comfy. I liked the separate bedroom for added privacy. Breakfast had an excellent food selection, including english bacon.
The air conditioning was quite STRONG, even on the lowest setting.

The staff was very attentive to ALL needs. They worked hard to maintain a high standard of service, and showed great hospitality to all guests, ALWAYS smiling and available.

Dinner was amazing with a wide variety of tasty food. The buffet offered PLENTY of choice for both adults and children. The restaurant staff were very attentive and cute.

The pools are lovely and create a relaxing environment. There were activities for both adults and the little ones. The kids club offered engaging entertainment. Shows were put on every night.

sleeping areasbreakfast choicesoundproofing absence
the room had two distinct sleeping areas which helped a lot. i also found the location quite convenient for accessing various amenities. the breakfast choices were plentiful with fresh omelettes, fruit, cereals, and hot options. the staff was helpful regarding local transportation.
the absence of soundproofing was definitely noticeable. random noises were quite disruptive. the kitchen sink drainage made some sounds too. i had broken sleep each night because of external disturbances.

the hotel offered a large pool with well-kept terrace areas! the pools included fantastic slides and a trampoline for children. there are also two playgrounds and a soft play area on site.

the buffet had a good selection of items and the quality was good. there was a kids club with great entertainment provided by the staff. i noticed that there was even english bacon at breakfast.

i found tasty food with lovely variety. friendly staff was an unexpected bonus. it was a good choice for families. large comfy family suites were spacious.
the aircon was very STRONG.
